At Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge, we believe in providing our guests with an exceptional experience, from the moment they book their stay to the day they bid farewell to the enchanting Maasai Mara. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, we have crafted policies that prioritize your comfort and convenience.

Flights to Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge

Flight from Nairobi to Masai mara is the quickest and most easy way to travel to your nearest safari lodge or camp in Mara. The closest airstrip to our lodge is either Keekorok Airstrip or Ol Kiombo Airstrip, both two airstrip transfer to our lodge takes approximately 45 minutes. We do offer Airstrip pick ups and drop offs on request.

We do offer ground package as follows:

Rates on exclusive use of vehicle

Half day game drive 200usd.

Full day game drive 300usd.

2 hours game drive exclusive use of vehicle 150usd.

Airstrip transfer 35usd per person [minimum 4pax]

Rate Include

Local Airstrip transfer.

Full board accommodation- Lunch, Dinner and breakfast.

Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge Policies

Child Policy

Children below 4 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 5 – 11 years sharing their own room: 75% of double room rate.
Children aged 5 – 11 years sharing a room with one adult: Child rate applies, and the adult pays the single room rate.
Three children aged 5 – 11 years sharing their own room: Two pay 75% of adult sharing rate, and the third child pays 50% of adult rate.
All children 12 years and above are considered adults, and full adult rates apply.

Confirmation and Cancellation

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 14 days after confirmation to secure your booking.
For mid and high season, 100% payment of the total invoice is required 60 days before the date of arrival.
For low season, 100% payment of the total invoice is required 30 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellation 60 days before the date of arrival: 65% refund of the total invoice.
Cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival: 45% refund of the total invoice.
Cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival: 25% refund of the total invoice.
Cancellation below 30 days: No refund; 100% cancellation fees apply.
