At Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge, we want every guest to have a great experience, from booking to departure. Our policies are designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
The fastest and easiest way to reach your safari lodge or camp in the Masai Mara is to fly from Nairobi. Our lodge is closest to Keekorok Airstrip and Ol Kiombo Airstrip. It takes about 45 minutes to get from either airstrip to Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge. We can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs at the airstrips if you let us know in advance.

Child Policy Children below 4 years stay free of charge.
Child Policy Children aged 5–11 years sharing their own room: charged 75% of double room rate.
Child Policy Children aged 5–11 years sharing with one adult: child rate applies, and the adult pays single room rate.
Child Policy Three children aged 5–11 years sharing their own room: two pay 75% of adult sharing rate, third pays 50% of adult rate.
Child Policy Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and pay full adult rates.

Confirmation & Cancellation A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 14 days after confirmation to secure booking.
Confirmation & Cancellation Mid & high season: 100% payment required 60 days before arrival.
Confirmation & Cancellation Low season: 100% payment required 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation 60 days before arrival: 65% refund of total invoice.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 45% refund of total invoice.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 25% refund of total invoice.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation below 30 days: No refund; 100% cancellation fees apply.
